In this latest podcast, I am again talking with Embedded Blogger and Film-Maker Scott Kesterson. Scott and I cover a variety of topics, to include the feedback he has received of showing the film “At War” in Afghanistan, the surge of forces into Afghanistan this summer and the recent activities in Pakistan. This is not one you want to miss, especially if you are interested in hearing some opinions of people on the ground in the Global War on Terror.
This is the first of many podcasts that I will have here on Bouhammer.com from my good friend, Scott Kesterson. Scott has just started his 3rd embed in Afghanistan so he took a few moments to talk with me about how things have changed there since he left in December, some new information about embed rules, and how advancements in technology have changed the way he is going to be doing this embed.

It has recently been brought to my attention that several blogs and websites in Canada have been chatty about the CBC story on Scott and his Documentary, At War. I forwarded the sites to Scott so he could read them. Last night while he was at Ft. Bragg, NC doing screenings for members of that base he took some time to talk about the chatter from our cousins up north and about the feedback he has received from the half-dozen screenings he and David have done across the country.
Tonight we have another great show full of patriotic people. Our first guest is a civilian nurse who works at a military hospital and has cared for many of our wounded troops.
Then, we’re bringing back Eve Chase to close the loop on last week’s aborted show.

Here is my first one-on-one interview podcast featured on bouhammer.com. This interview was conducted with freelance journalist, embedded reporter and filmmaker, Scott Kesterson. We talk almost exclusively about his film, AT WAR, but we also dive into the current state of the war in Afghanistan. You will see much more about AT WAR on this blog in the coming weeks as Scott is sending me a screener’s copy to do a private screening so I can spread the word on the film. In preparation of that and to be able to finally announce the upcoming release of it, Scott agreed to this interview in order to give bouhammer.com exclusive announcement rights of the film first. I could have announced this myself, but I thought it would be much better for you to hear it directly from him.

As per CNN this morning “More than half of the people named so far to Obama’s transition or staff posts have ties to former President Bill Clinton’s administration.”
Now that is what I call change…..NOT!!

I predict the following:
The ignorant*, uninformed and easily swayed sheep of this country who voted for the big O because he brought HOPE and CHANGE are not going to vote in 4 years. In fact I think many will turn their back on the political process well before hand once they see that the big O is going to be nothing more than a puppet for the Clinton-ites. The young and dumb will wonder what Change will will like since most of what it is starting to look like are the faces of the Clinton administration.
I can’t say I blame the Obama for turning to so many Clinton folks, I mean who does he know? He is the most inexperienced President this country has ever put into office and short of his new special adviser whom he met when she hired Michelle Obama into the Chicago’s Mayor office back in the day, everyone else is past Washington insider….the same Washington insiders that the American people who voted for the Big O wanted a change from.
Well guess what people, you are about to reap what you sow. In the words of my past Battalion Commander and friend….”Hope is not a method”.
Please, Please, PLEASE do me a favor and watch the video below. It is not some right wing freak or Bill O’Rielly or even Ann Coulter. It is plain, every day citizens like you that voted. These interviews were done as soon as they came out from voting. The power of the vote is a powerful thing. How can it be left in the hands of such uninformed people? The questions are real, the correct answers are on record. We need to institute a national exam in order to vote. If you are ignorant*, you should not be allowed to vote. That SHOULD BE THE LAW.
