Its early here, couldnt sleep. Ran across “Saving Private Ryan” on t.v. Each and everytime, I cry – but this time was different. I felt compelled to find a soldier to thank, to talk to, to connect to. Started searching and a few hours later, ran across Bouhammer’s blog. Dude, thank you for what you have done and are doing to allow us our safety, and our freedoms. I watch my child sleep at night, and I thank you – my child sleeps peacefully.

    Dorothy,

Retired? Bouhammer has retired but I’m still a long ways off from being put out to pasture. The link was down for a bit but is now back up and running. Its located on the right side on this page. Let me know if you are still unable to access it.
    Thank you for your support!

I’m writing a annotated bibliography and I need to know your name, but it’s ok if you can’t tell me it. Another thing is I want to thank you for protecting our country. I’m thinking about going into the Navy when I get out of high school.

The documents released shows how Task Force 373 killed 7 children. USA does not want to show the reality of war and is hiding the actuality of it.

You might be interested in what we are doing about PTSD. I was retired and angry about what the government/military was NOT doing about PTSD for the troops coming back. I did some research and found a therapy called EMDR that was proving very effective with PTSD and it worked very quickly. It’s been approved by the DoD and the American Psychiatric Association. I designed a way you could use the program on line in a self-directed format requiring no personal information. It overcomes the stigma by requiring only an email to register. No personal information is ever required. It has been used at the VA in Cincinnati with very positive results. It’s available 24/7.
