MJ isn't worth one of the drops of blood that drained out of Neda's eyes as she lay on the pavement, or of the 1LT's. That all network news was wiped out for a day by coverage of him was outrageous. That it has gone on for over a week is infuriating and nauseating in equal parts.

Brian's my oldest and dearest friend, as far back as I can remember, Brian was there, and though we fought like siblings, we were always there for each other, no matter what.

The world is a far lesser place now that he's gone, and it means so much to know that there are people out there who want to commemorate Brian more than the beloved King of Pop.

You never knew him, yet you recognize the importance of what he did, and that means so much.

That was very moving, touching, and for the first time since my hearing of the loss of Brian brought tears to my eyes. I did personally know him, went to high school with him, graduated in fact with him. I will be attending the memorial services at his home and will be certain his loved ones see this.
