Fox News now covering what Bouhammer already did

Posted By Bouhammer on July 7, 2009

I first talked about this story of Lt. Brian Bradshaw on June 27th here, www.bouhammer.com/2009/06/someone-more-important-than-michael-jackson-died/ and again here two days later, www.bouhammer.com/2009/06/great-words-from-1lt-brian-bradshaw/.

Now it is the lead story on FoxNews.com this morning, www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,530361,00.html

I am glad that this story and that outrageous behavior of the media is being highlighted.

H/T to jw for tip.

  1. I realize a lot of what I’m reading lately has to do with the current financial crisis, but your post is another story :) thank you for sharing this!

  2. I just learned of Lt. Brian Bradshaw’s unfortunate passing today. I recently wrote a song as a tribute to our soldiers called “Here’s to the Troops.” It can be heard at http://www.elliotastur.com, and I’m donating all sales of the song to homesforourtroops.org. They build handicapped accessible homes for severely injured veterans.

There is also a CNN Headline News produced video on my site, which was scheduled to air the night Michael Jackson died. Of course, circumstances prevented it from being played. I’m hoping to pass this on to Lt. Bradshaw’s family and friends, to let them know that his heroism was very much appreciated, and he and others who fight for this country are in the thoughts of many Americans.

"Blog Description"

The Bouhammer [boo-ham-er] blog was originally created by a 22-year retired First Sergeant of the Army. This blog started out as a way to write about military related issues. It turned into a way for Bouhammer to document his 16 month tour as an ETT leader in Afghanistan for family and friends. It is now one of the leading and award-winning blogs written exclusively on operations in Afghanistan and other military related topics. In addition to Bouhammer, another writer is "The Dude" who is a National Guard Officer who served with Bouhammer in Afghanistan. Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoy what you see. If you care about what is happening in the land where the attacks of 9/11 were planned and if you care about our military, this is the blog for you. Tell your family, tell your friends, and even tell people you don't like.
